Delete Your JobsNGO Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and understand what happens to your data.

This action cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, all your profile data, job history, and messages will be permanently removed. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the JobsNGO app

    Open the JobsNGO App Launch the app on your Android or iOS device.

    Log In to Your Account Enter your registered phone number or email and password.
  3. 3
    Go to Profile Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
  4. 4
    Open Settings Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top corner of your Profile page.
  5. 5
    Tap "Delete Account" Scroll down and tap Delete Account at the bottom of Settings.
  6. 6
    Confirm Deletion A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account.

✅ Your account will be deleted immediately after confirmation. You will be automatically logged out of the app.

Partial Data Deletion

Can I delete some data without deleting my account?

Currently, JobsNGO does not offer partial data deletion (removing some data while keeping your account active). If you need to remove specific data, please contact us at the email below and our team will assist you manually.
