Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JobsNGO application ("App") or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including workers ("Job Seekers") and businesses or individuals posting jobs ("Employers").

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use JobsNGO.
• You must be legally permitted to work in India (for Job Seekers) or legally permitted to hire in India (for Employers).
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Platform Description

JobsNGO is a technology platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are a marketplace, not an employer or employment agency. We do not guarantee employment, job placements, or a specific number of hires. The relationships formed through our platform are solely between job seekers and employers.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the full features of JobsNGO. You agree to provide truthful information and keep it updated. You may not create accounts for others without their consent or create multiple accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. JobsNGO will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

4.3 Verification

We may verify your identity, skills, or work history at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

5. Worker (Job Seeker) Terms

• You must accurately represent your skills, qualifications, and availability.
• You must show up on time and complete jobs you accept.
• Cancellation of confirmed bookings without sufficient notice may result in penalties or account suspension.
• You must not solicit direct payments outside the platform to avoid fees.
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of JobsNGO.

6. Employer Terms

• Job listings must be genuine and accurately describe the work, location, hours, and pay.
• You must not discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for hired workers.
• Payment for completed work must be made on time as agreed.
• You must comply with all applicable labor laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Circumvent any payment, verification, or safety feature

8. Fees and Payments

Job seekers can browse and apply for jobs free of charge. Employers may be subject to listing fees or commission charges as specified in our current pricing schedule. All payments made through the platform are processed securely by our payment partners. JobsNGO charges a service fee on transactions as detailed in the app.

9. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave ratings and reviews after completing a job or booking. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or reviews that contain personal attacks are prohibited and may result in removal and account suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

The JobsNGO name, logo, and all platform content are the property of Antisoft India Technologies You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant JobsNGO a license to display and use it within the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsNGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, disputes between workers and employers, or data loss.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
